We are seeking a dedicated Garage Door Technician to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Install garage door systems and components according to manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and repair issues with garage doors, openers, and related systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and needs.
- Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure safe and functioning garage door systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service provided and parts used during installations and repairs.
- Manage time effectively to complete multiple job assignments each day.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and problem-solving.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in installation and repair of garage doors or similar mechanical systems.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Time management skills for efficient task completion.
- Preferred certification in garage door installation or related fields.
- Experience with tools commonly used in the garage door industry.
